CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY
We adore all of our clients and we're so grateful for each and every one of you. So, we want to explain our cancellation and no show policy.
Our stylists and spa specialists block out your scheduled time just for you to be sure you get the best service from them. When you cancel last minute, or don't show up for your appointment, they are left with an empty chair and lost income. For this reason, the $27 deposit is a non-refundable deposit that we collect to hold your spot.
It's important for us to look after our staff- the same way we want to look out for you.
WE REQUEST AT LEAST 24 HOURS NOTICE WHEN CANCELLING OR RESCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT. A NON-REFUNDABLE $27 DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO HOLD YOUR APPOINTMENT.
